Mark's practice includes all facets of the debtor-creditor relationship including bankruptcy cases, secured creditor, creditor's committee, trustee and debtor's representation, as well as workouts, foreclosures, replevin, Reg B and lender liability defense and secured transactions litigation.
Mark served as law clerk to the Honorable James A. Pusateri, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Kansas, from 1981 to 1984. He has taught bankruptcy and advanced bankruptcy law at the University of Kansas since 1996.
