Martin M. Meyers has been in the active practice of law since 1981 when he graduated with distinction from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Law. He is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in Kansas and Missouri. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy*. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, has repeatedly been voted a Missouri Super Lawyer, and has been listed in the Kansas City Business Journal's "Best of the Bar" each year since the inception of that list.

His practice is limited to representing individuals and small businesses in civil trials and litigation related matters. He frequently lectures locally, regionally, and nationally. He practices in the area of personal injury, including cases involving automobiles, dangerous premises, injury from consumer products and heavy equipment and medical negligence. He also handles sexual harassment and employment discrimination (age, race, sex and national origin) cases.

Martin Meyers is a Sustaining Member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, and a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. Martin serves on the Subcommittee on Model Civil Jury Instructions for the Eighth Circuit.

In addition to being admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Kansas and Missouri, he is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He is also admitted to the United States Courts of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth Circuits.
